When I Turn 100 … Feed Me Pan-Fried Oysters

100th B'day, Malone. 1-3-09, 3
When Laurence Malone was asked what he wanted for his January 3rd 100th birthday he told his son and daughter-in-law Toni and Larry Malone, with whom he lives in North Reston Va., that his fondest wish was "pan fried oysters from McCormick & Schmick's". Saturday afternoon McCormick & Schmick's Reston Town Center general manager, Melody Casbarian, and chef Franklin Campos, went to the Malone home where they prepared and presented two dozen oysters and a commemorative menu to Reston's latest centenarian.
